German 3.Liga (third division) side TSV 1860 Munich and Italian kit maker Macron have launched the new 2019/20 season kits.
The new jersey “Home” is white with a vertical “Monaco blue” stripe on the left side of the chest. The shirt has a roundneck collar and the backneck is customised with a lion, logo of the club. On the right side of the chest the Macron Hero, symbol of the Italian brand, is featured whereas on the right, the heart side, the 1860 München crest stands out. On the rear, under the neck, the motto: “Einmal Löwe, immer Löwe” (Once a lion, always a lion) is embroidered. The cut is slim fit with inserts in micromesh that allow a better breathability.
The “Away” version is anthracite and the pattern is jacquard with vertical stripes. The shirt has a V neck with “Monaco blue” details. Also the sleeve sides are “Monaco blue”. This version as well has the motto “Einmal Löwe, immer Löwe” embroidered in blue on the rear side under the neck.
The new kits have been designed through a process of collaboration between the Bavarian club and the design team of the Italian sports brand. Both have worked to ensure that the colours, symbols and history of 1860 Munich are represented in the kits while also ensuring the technical performance quality that Macron is renowned for.
