AIFF to conduct Baby League Operator workshops for stakeholders!

AIFF plans to conduct Baby League Operators’ workshops across the country for stakeholders including representatives of district football associations, Baby League operators, and any other party that is interested in organising Baby Leagues in the following states and/or their neighbouring states.

The first workshop was successfully conducted at the headquarters of the Tamil Nadu Football Association on Monday, September 178 with around fifty (50) participants in attendance.

AIFF has launched Baby Leagues project under the FIFA Forward Programme. The first phase of the FIFA Forward Programme ends on December 31, 2018. The project is aimed at providing an engagement mechanism for young players aged between four (4) and thirteen (13) years. The organization of Baby Leagues is open to any person as long as such Baby League Operator adheres to the minimum standard of rules set forth by the AIFF, for the organization of Baby Leagues.

The workshop will include sessions on the League Operators Guidelines, Baby League Rules and Regulations and the operation of the Baby League App.
