Former I-League champions Aizawl FC have made changes to their foreign line-up by releasing Amadou Alou Sissoko, while signing William Okopu and Justice Morgan.
24 year old Malian central midfielder Amadou Alou Sissoko had only been signed in December to strengthen the squad and their midfield but just over a month at the People’s Club he has been released.
22 year old Ghanian attacking midfielder William Opoku Asiedu returns to India after having first played for I-League rivals Minerva Punjab FC and then for Ozone FC in the Second Division League and Behala SS Sporting Club in the Calcutta Football League.
28 year old Nigerian striker Justice Morgan returns to Aizawl FC, the club were he won the Mizoram Premier League and helped them gain promotion from the Second Division League to the I-League. Earlier this season Morgan was playing for George Telegraph SC in the Calcutta Football League.
