Bayern Munich to play friendly against Olympique Marseille!

FC Bayern Munich will play a friendly against Olympique Marseille during their ‘Audi Digital Summer Tour’, which is taking place from July 25 to August 2. The ‘Audi Football Summit’ on July 31 will kick off at 16:00 CEST at the FC Bayern Campus. The clash with the nine-time French champions will be played behind closed doors and will be broadcast live and with unrestricted access in Germany on Magenta Sport.

Head coach Hansi Flick said, “The ‘Audi Football Summit’ against Olympique Marseille comes at an optimal time in our preparations for the second leg of the Champions League round of 16 against Chelsea. The team and our coaching staff will be working with great focus and high quality to make sure we pick up where we left off with our performances in the Bundesliga and the DFB Cup final in this game.”

The match against ‘OM’, who are the only French team to win the Champions League, having done so at the Olympic Stadium in Munich in 1993, is not the only highlight of the ‘Audi Digital Summer Tour’. Over the nine days, even in these times affected by the coronavirus pandemic, fans around the world will have close-quarters access to the FC Bayern players under the motto #miasanfamily; among other things, with daily live events and exciting digital formats. A special feature will be set up on the FCB website for this purpose, where fans will be able to follow all the content on a daily basis and obtain the latest news on all the events and other background information.
