Chennaiyin FC to have pre-season camp in Thailand!

Indian Super League franchise Chennaiyin FC is set to travel to Thailand for a three week pre-season camp starting from Wednesday, October 11.

The 2015 ISL champions will depart from Chennai in the early hours of Wednesday morning. Chennaiyin FC’s training base will be at True Arena, Hua Hin, which is 125 miles away from the Thai capital Bangkok.

Chennayin FC started their pre-season preparations at SDAT Nehru Park from Monday, October 2. 26 players including all eight foreigners trained for ten days in Chennai under the guidance of head coach John Gregory and his coaching staff.

Chennaiyin FC is expected to play four friendly matches in Thailand and will return to India on November 2 to continue their preparations for season four of the Indian Super League. Their first match is a home fixture against FC Goa at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Chennai on Sunday, November 19.
