Cypriot side APOEL FC and Italian kit maker Macron have unveiled the new kits that the club will wear during the 2019/20 season.
The “Home” jersey has sumblimated large, vertical, yellow and blue stripes with a roundneck collar. The backneck is customised with the words ΑΠΟΕΛ EΛΛΉΝΩΝ and on the back, under the collar, APOEL FC is embroidered in blue. On the left chest side there is the Macron Hero, logo of the Italian brand, whereas on the right there is the APOEL FC crest. The shirt is slim fit and it contains micromesh inserts that allow a better breathability.
The “Away” is black with three diagonal stripes in three different shades of grey and has a mandarin collar blue and yellow at the edges. On the rear, under the collar in yellow APOEL FC is embroidered. The Macron Hero is on the left chest side and the crest of the club is on the right. On the right side of the bottom, the flag is embossed. Both jerseys,on the bottom, have silicon tape customised with a motto for the “APOEL FC brothers looking from Heaven”.
The new kits have been designed through a process of collaboration between the club and the design team of the Italian sports brand. Both have worked to ensure that the colours, symbols and history of the club are represented in the kits while also ensuring the technical performance quality that Macron is renowned for.
