East Bengal & Bengaluru FC play out draw in Hero Elite League!

The Under-18 boys of East Bengal Club and Bengaluru FC played out a 1-1 draw in the Hero Elite League (U-18 Youth League) in Goa earlier today.

Lalrinzuala Lalbiaknia opened the scoring for Bengaluru FC in the 3rd minute and the Blue Colts took the lead into the break.

But Subodh Hansda restored parity for East Bengal in the 65th minute when he converted a spot kick.

With this point East Bengal have topped Group C with five points from three matches and have qualified to the quarterfinals, where they will meet FC Pune City on Saturday, February 2 at 3pm.
