The World Football Forum have announced that Dr Emanuel Macedo de Medeiros has come on board as a guest keynote speaker at the WFF 2017, which takes place between May 18-21 in Changsha.
Emanuel is a prominent figure in the world of football. From 2002 to 2014, he was a member of several Committees and Working Groups within both UEFA and FIFA, including UEFA Professional Football Strategy Council and FIFA Club Football Committee.
He was one of the founding fathers and later – CEO of the Association of European Professional Football Leagues (EPFL).
In April 2014, Emanuel was appointed as CEO of ICSS Europe (International Centre for Sport Security Europe), a ground-breaking international organisation and global hub of expertise on sport security, safety and integrity based in London.
He is also one of the founding fathers and Coordinator of the Sport Integrity Global Alliance (SIGA), the world’s largest independent coalition in the field of sports governance and integrity.
At WFF Dr Emanuel Macedo de Medeiros will share his experience, knowledge, professionalism – and vision on football’s current and future challenges as well as practical tools to protect the values and ethics of true sport.
