FC Goa set to train at Sesa Football Academy facility in ISL-3!

FC Goa logoIndian Super League franchise FC Goa are set to fly to Rio de Janeiro in the coming week to train at the Zico 10 facility, but on their return they will have to train at a different facility at home in Goa.

The Tilak Maidan in Vasco has been the training venue for FC Goa in the first couple of ISL editions, but currently it is being prepared for the 2016 AFC Under-16 Championship to be played in Goa in September/October and then the ground would be prepared for the Under-17 FIFA World Cup next year.

Therefore the Sesa Football Academy grounds in Sirsaim will become the new training facility for FC Goa in ISL-3.

Further the team is set to stay at a different hotel in Goa with Srinivas Dempo and Duttaraj Salgaocar exiting the franchise and Jaydev Mody buying their stake.

A lot of changes at FC Goa ahead of ISL-3, a season in which they hope to finally lift the ISL crown.
