The FIFPro Asia Congress 2016 was held in Mumbai under the aegis of the Football Players Association of India (FPAI) from September 17 to 19, 2016.
Member player associations from all over Asia were in attendance in this three day conference.
Issues regarding player development, relationship with the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and the future course of action were discussed.
There was also a panel discussion between the FIFPro Asia member and representatives of the Indian Super League, I-League and the Western India Football Association (WIFA).
The FPAI thanked its parent body FIFPro for giving them the opportunity to host the Asia Congress in Mumbai!
