I-League side Gokulam Kerala FC have announced the signing of goalkeeper C.K. Ubaid for the 2019/20 season, who last played for East Bengal at the top level.
29 year old Kuthuparamba-born Ubaid Chono Kadavath, also known as C.K. Ubaid, started to play football locally.
Ubaid got his first chance at the professional level with Viva Kerala. Thereafter Ubaid went on to sign for Dempo SC, Air India (twice), ONGC (twice), FC Kerala and then finally East Bengal for whom he played in the 2017/18 season.
Now C.K. Ubaid returns to Kerala to play for Gokulam Kerala FC.
