In a first for Indian football, an Indian Legends XI featuring some of the greatest footballers to have played in India will face an Under-19 Oorja Cup selection at the Ambedkar Stadium in New Delhi tomorrow.
The Indian Football Foundation under the banner of the Indian Legends XI one will see former India greats like Baichung Bhutia, I.M. Vijayan and Bruno Coutinho play together against the youngsters from the Oorja Cup program, a football talent hunt organised by the Central Armed Police Force to promote football amongst youths.
The game at the Ambedkar Stadium will kick off at 4.30pm with entrance free and money raised from the match will go to former Indian goalkeeper Bhaskar Ganguly.
