Following a proposal made by the Iraqi Football Association, FIFA and the AFC confirmed that Iraq’s upcoming joint 2022 FIFA World Cup – Qatar and 2023 AFC Asian Cup – China qualifiers against Iran and Bahrain will be played in Jordan on 14 and 19 November respectively.
The Iraqi Football Association informed that both matches will be played at Amman’s International Stadium with kick-off at 4pm local time.
