  1. It looks like Amar Tomar Kolkata ( Mine & Yours Kolkata ) have realized that its now too late to fix the immense hatred that majority of Bengal has now towards ATK. Probably ATK has accepted the truth that more than 80% of the supporters that they enjoyed over the last 3 seasons are actually hardcore supporters of East Bengal and Mohun Bagan who now terribly hate ATK from the core of their heart for all kinds of nuisances that ATK did recently to EB and MB and prevented EB & MB from playing in their home town Kolkata. So, its no surprising that while the newly created Jamshedpur FC has hired all the high performing local Bengali players ATK decided not to select a single Bengali player. Over the last 3 seasons ATK defence was guarded by Bengali stoppers Arnab Mondal and Kingshuk Debnath. In this season ATK has hired only a single Indian stopper – Anwar Ali. Last season Anwar had a mild cardiac attack during a practice session. It looks like the selection of Anwar was motivated by an attempt by ATK to retain their major co-sponsor Apollo Hospitals.

ATK now can be called as ” Amar Tar Kata ” ( My Wire is Snapped ). It seems ATK has now lost control over their thinking ability.
