ISL-4: Kerala Blasters score 2-1 comeback win over Delhi Dynamos!

The Kerala Blasters kept their semifinal hopes alive with a 2-1 comeback win over the Delhi Dynamos at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi on Saturday night.

After chances at both ends, the Dynamos were awarded a penalty for a foul from youngster Prasanth K. against Seityasen Singh with Kalu Uche putting the penalty away in the 35th minute and they would take that lead into the break.

Kerala Blasters came out with more conviction and equalise in the 48th minute through teenager Deependra Negi off a Jackichand corner and the youngster was fouled in the 75th minute by Pratik Chowdhary in the box and Iain Hume stepped up to give the Blasters the lead for the first time in the game.

In injury-time Pratik Chowdhary’s evening was made even worse, when the Delhi Dynamos defender was send off for a second booking of the night.

In the end the Kerala Blasters won the match and kept the three points at home.
