Jamshedpur FC to conduct Round 2 selections for U-10 Boys for Advanced Training Programme!

Indian Super League franchise Jamshedpur FC will be conducting a second round of selection for the U-10 Junior Group Boys (kids born in 2010 & 2011) on Sunday, August 11 at the Tata Football Academy ground.

The first round of selection was held on July 13/14, 2019 for U-12, U-10 Senior Boys and U-10 Junior Boys at Tata Football Academy where the 128 participating boys were put through their paces for the selection process.

The boys were shortlisted from Jamshedpur FC’s eight football schools across the city. The football schools are set-up at Mount Litera Zee School – Mango, RVS Academy – Dimna, Kerala Samajam Model School – Golmuri, DBMS Kadma High School, Loyola School – CH Area, Carmel Junior College – Sonari, Hill Top School – Telco, DAV Public School – Bistupur.

The number of U-10 Junior Boys (born in 2010 & 2011) participating were narrowed down from 63 boys to 44 boys in the first round. The second-round is being specifically kept for this age group to further narrow down the numbers to a maximum of 20 boys.

The results for all three teams will be announced in the coming weeks.
