Kerala Blasters sign Dutch striker Mark Sifneos ahead of ISL-4!

Indian Super League franchise Kerala Blasters FC have announced the signing Dutch teenage striker of Greek descent Mark Sifneos ahead of the ISL – Season 4.

18 year old Amsterdam-born Mark Sifneos in his youth played for local sides WV-HEDW, SV Rap, RKSV Roda’23, SV Argon and Brabant United.

In 2015 he joined Dutch Eerste Divisie, second tier, side RKC Waalwijk, where made his professional debut on February 1, 2016 for the club against the PSV Eindhoven Reserves and has since made three appearances.

Now the youngster with limited professional experience and no top tier experience at all makes the switch to the Blasters, who would hope he could be a back-up to the more experienced strikers.

Mark Sifneos is the fifth confirmed foreign signing of last seasons finalists after Iain Hume, Courage Pekuson, Nemanja Lakic-Pesic and Wes Brown with goalkeeper Paul Rachubka and striker Dimitar Berbatov being linked to the Rene Meulensteen coached side.
