Ligue 1

In Ligue 1, the first day of matches of the 2020-21 season is scheduled for the weekend of August 22/23, 2020. In connection with UEFA and due to the UEFA Europa League and UEFA Champions League finals scheduled for respectively August 21 and 23, the fixture for this first matchday may undergo some adjustments to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Five matchdays of Ligue 1 (MD15, MD17, MD18, MD20 and MD23) will take place in midweek.

Matchday 17, scheduled for Wednesday, December 23, will be the last day of the calendar year before the winter break. The resumption of the championship in 2021 (Matchday 18) will take place in midweek, on Wednesday January 6, 2021.
