Minerva Punjab FC sign midfielder Beikhokhei Beingaichho!

Former I-League champions Minerva Punjab FC have announced the signing of midfielder Beikhokhei Beingaichho for the 2019/20 season.

28 year old Siaha-born Beikhokhei Beingaichho played football in his native Mizoram before being picked-up by the IFA Academy in West Bengal. After becoming a professional, Beikhokhei joined local Kolkata side George Telegraph SC and after a successful season in 2009 join Kolkata giants East Bengal Club. He spend four seasons with the red and gold with a loan spell at United Sikkim FC.

In 2013, Beikhokhei joined newly launched Bengaluru FC and spend four seasons with them winning I-League and Federation Cup. He left BFC in 2017 and was part of the ISL draft but was not picked, so he signed for Mohun Bagan, where things didn’t go too well.

Beikhokhei Beingaichho said on his own social media, “The wait is over. I’m ready and happy to be joining Minerva Punjab FC. I promise to work hard and achieve everything the comes my way!”
