Mizoram Premier League – Season 5 champions Chanmari FC have been active on the transfer market while also retaining numerous of their players in a quest to build a strong team for the new season.
Amongst the players retained are defender Thomas Lalengkima, speedy winger Lalmuanzova and youngster Thasiama; while Vanlalbiaa Chhangte has returned to the club after a loan spell with Kolkata giants Mohammedan Sporting Club for the Second Division League.
Young duo of Joe Zoherliana and David Lalchhuanawma have been signed from Shillong Lajong FC, while Lalmuanzuala Khiangte has been signed from local rivals Chanmari West FC besides Republic Veng duo Lalruatfela (RFa) and Lalmuanawma.
Also brought on board are midfielder Zothansanga (Sangtea) from Khawlailung and young striker Ramengmawia (Lalmama).
