If you have lots of touches on the ball, cover great distances and want ultimate control as well as great comfort then this is the boot for you. The latest addition to our control silo is specifically engineered with D3O technology, the first time this has been used in a football boot.
D3O is a globally patented and branded technology, which is applied to protective products used by armed forces, industrial workers and athletes. By using the technology in the fore- and midfoot of the boot, we are able to increase the amount of energy dissipated when a player receives the ball, thereby enhancing ball control.
The new colourway features across all levels of UMBRO’s key boot styles including the Medusae 3 and Velocita 4 – meaning that whatever your style of play, you can hit the ground running and turn heads every time you step on the pitch.
The Velocita 4 is designed for players who value speed in their game. The Sprint+ outsole uses a lightweight Pebax®material and a new stud configuration to aid balance and traction, while the tri-layer construction on the upper works with the natural movement of the foot to provide flexibility without the restrictive qualities that synthetic uppers can often trouble the wearer with.
Completing the collection is the Medusae 3, our boot for players who see touch as the focus of their game. The boot combines a laceless K-leather upper, engineered knitted collar and lightweight Pebax®outsole.
Alongside the Elite and Pro level models, there are also a range of other styles designed for different price points and playing surfaces across the collection.
