Queens Park Rangers FC unveil their new official 2018/19 kits from Errea!

The new strips of English Championship side Queens Park Rangers FC by Erreà Sports were unveiled to supporters and the press.

The exclusive design for the 2018-2019 season was arrived at after close collaboration between QPR and Erreà Sport.

In the first kit the classical combines with an important innovative touch. The broad blue and white hoops are fully in keeping with tradition, but the innovation is in the form of a never before seen touch of colour that livens up the shirt. The red, in fact, makes its first appearance in a thin line that follows the contours of the shoulders and in the triple blue white and red edging that is a feature of the collar and the sleeves. The horizontal stripe with the Erreà logo is really striking and cool and distinguishes precisely the shoulders and the sleeves. The other really distinctive feature is that the broad horizontal blue hoop is not uniform but is characterised by fine, tiny lines that significantly provide movement to the design.

The away kit uses the same model and identical graphics but comes in fuchsia, with the same effect of darker fine lines on the hoop. The technical fibre, from which both shirts are made, distinguishes itself because it is characterised by a distinctive softness, comfort and “second skin” effect. The breathability rounds off the characteristics of this thread that is ideal for supporting match performances.

QPR’s new coach, Steve McClaren, said the following about the new official kits, “Our new first shirt is truly one of the most iconic in English football. It is highly distinctive, traditional and recognisable. I’m really satisfied with the new kits for next season. I, and all my staff, will do everything possible to make the new kits winners. All our efforts will be focussed on achieving this.”

Fabrizio Taddei, Head of Pro Clubs Department at Erreà, added, “We really hope that QPR fans will appreciate the new kits, the work that has gone into them and the new detail in the shirts. Let them be worn with the same joy and passion that went into making them.”
