Due to unavoidable circumstances arising due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation globally, the Indian Super League (ISL) 2019-20 final, played on Saturday, March 14, 2020, at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Fatorda, Goa, was conducted behind closed doors. For fans who had purchased their tickets for the final at the stadium, Football Sports Development Limited (FSDL) has already started taking necessary steps to issue refunds to the valid ticket holders.
Here’s a guide for the refund process:
For Online Transaction:
For fans who have purchased their tickets online through the BookMyShow portal, their online payment for the transaction amount against their Booking ID will be automatically reversed within 10 working days.
For Offline Transaction (Card Payment):
For fans who have purchased their physical tickets through card payment from offline Box Offices, the card payment for the full transaction amount against their Booking ID will be automatically reversed within 10 working days.
For Offline Transaction (Cash Payment):
For fans who have purchased their physical tickets with cash from offline Box Offices, they will need to hand over their physical tickets at counters located opposite Ravindra Bhavan, near Fatorda Swimming Pool, Fatorda, Margao. The counters will be open for refund on Friday, March 13, 2020 (12pm to 6pm) and Saturday, March 14, 2020 (between 12pm to 6pm).
