It was the wettest day before the monsoons arrive in Goa, but Salgaocar FC Juniors were still too good for the visiting Panjim Footballers by beating them 2-0 at the Ambelim ground.
In their previous meeting Salgaocar Juniors hammered Panjim Footballers 5-0 which had been played at the Don Bosco ground in Panjim.
