Soccerex launch next edition of Soccerex Connected!

On September 21-25, over 2,000 delegates, 130 speakers, clubs, leagues, federations, and leading figures from over 70 Countries came together at the launch of the first virtual event – Soccerex Connected. It was the first time in Soccerex’s 25 year history that we were unable to meet in person as we have done in 48 Cities around the world to date, but the reception from the global football community suggests that we didn’t fail to deliver an experience worthy of the Soccerex brand.

Topics such as Governance, Law, Performance, Stadia, Digital, Commercial and Equality were debated passionately by our panel members, who were representing some of the leading organisations world-wide.

Soccerex Connected also featured multiple keynote addresses, most notably from FIFA President Gianni Infantino, which included a heart-felt message about Soccerex’s proud history and standing in the sport that we all serve.

During the 5-day conference, Soccerex Connected saw participants exchange over 12,000 messages, make 5,000 contacts, view our attendee list 9,000+ times, attend numerous round tables, encourage over 300,000 twitter impressions and take part in 200+ meetings – you can see more about this here .

Over 250,000 hours of content has now been consumed.

If you were one of the unfortunate ones to have missed out, you can watch the whole event again

Football is a fast-moving business and as such, Soccerex are proud to announce that on February 1-5, 2021, the world will once again be invited, as Soccerex Connected will be back on your screens and featuring football thought leaders from five continents.

With even more content to explore, tech advances and working closely with the game’s stakeholders, we are certain that we can get even better in 2021!
