English Premier League side Southampton FC earlier this week revealed the design for the next season’s brand new Under Armour home and third kit, marking the club’s 135th anniversary with the return of the iconic sash.
Remembering SFC’s rich history and paying homage to their past, the 2020/21 home kit is a modern twist on the club’s iconic sash kit first worn back in 1885, with a predominantly red shirt featuring a white sash over the right shoulder.
The third kit boasts a red sash across a white shirt in tribute to the original kit when players would wear a physical sash over their shirt, placed over either shoulder.
Southampton FC’s new away strip is set to be revealed in early-August 2020.
