Sweden’s Zlatan Ibrahimovic announces he is joining Manchester United!

Manchester UnitedJust retired former Sweden captain Zlatan Ibrahimovic yesterday himself announced on social media that his next club destination would be English Premier League record champions Manchester United.

In typical Zlatan-style it wasn’t the Red Devils who made the announcement about their latest signing, but rather the player announced on Twitter and Facebook with the following ‘Time to let the world know. My next destination is Manchester United’ that he is moving to the English Premier League for the first time in his career to rejoin his former manager Jose Mourinho.


In the 34 year old Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Manchester United sign one of the most successful attacking players of our time, who started his career with in his home town of Malmö with local sides Malmö BI and FBK Balkan before joining Malmö FF, where he also made his professional debut.

Thereafter he moved across Europe playing for some of the biggest clubs on the continent in Ajax Amsterdam, Juventus Torino, Internazionale Milan, FC Barcelona, AC Milan and FC Paris Saint-Germain.

Having won titles in the Netherlands, Italy, Spain and France, now Zlatan will aim for titles in England with United, who are desperate to win back the English Premier League last won under Sir Alex Ferguson.
