One of France Ligue 1’s top teams, Toulouse FC celebrated its 80th anniversary last weekend. And to commemorate the celebrations their technical sponsor Joma designed and produced a unique retro shirt design for the clubs league match with Olympic Marseille.
The Joma shirt was designed with a special v-neck collar and retro style laces. The fabric was dyed in the clubs famous violet colours and was manufactured from materials typically associated with the era in which Toulouse FC was founded.
The shirt also features a specially designed badge, based on the three logos that have been used by the club over eight decades; the coat of arms of the city of Toulouse and a combination of the first club badge from 1937 and the current one.
