The 2019 edition of the Indian Women’s League showcased the top talent in the country. The League, which was won by Sethu FC from Madurai, featured a mix of professional, semi-pro and amateur outfits.
420 Grams was in Ludhiana for the tournament and met up with three clubs — Bangalore United FC, Baroda Football Academy and Panjim Footballers — who are using strong community ties and locally nurtured players in a proper David vs. Goliath story.
