The Indian Kashmiri boys Basit Ahmed and Asrar Rehbar made their debut for Spanish fourth division side SD Lenense Proinastur last week.
Basit Ahmed and Mohammed Asrar Rehbar, both aged 18, hail from Srinagar and were chosen by a special committee formed by the CRPF to pick footballing talent from the Kashmir Valley as part of its initiative to engage with the youth.
As part of the program the duo signed a six month contract with Spanish Tercera División – Group 2 (fourth division) club Sociedad Deportiva Lenense Proinastur.
