NorthEast India’s first ever I-League club Shillong Lajong FC has created an initiative to promote the NorthEast as a unique destination for travel by launching an online video series titles ‘Lajong Amazing NorthEast Diaries’ that celebrates the beauty of this corner of the country.
Fresh from their adventures last week, this time the boys (Redeem, Aiban, Hardy & Sheen) travel to Dawki and Krang Shuri falls.
The Lajong FC lads also take to the waters of the Umngot River, which acts as a natural boundary between the East Khasi Hills and West Jaiñtia Hills districts of Meghalaya.
Krang Shuri is located in the latter district and the picturesque falls are fed by the pristine waters that flow from one of the state’s many sacred groves. Learn about these beautiful waterfalls and more in this edition of the Lajong Amazing North East Diaries.
