One of East Bengal’s alltime best midfielders Mehtab Hossain finally leaves the the club after an association of more than a decade by adding another feather to his cap when a postal stamp was released on his honour at the Press Club yesterday.
The inauguration of the stamp was done by legendary P.K. Banerjee and Goutam Sarkar. An overwhelmed Mehtab claimed that this has been the biggest achievement of his life.
After that he spoke with XtraTime about why he kept by his decision to leave East Bengal and also join the ISL draft rather than being a retention player of the Kerala Blasters.
