120 ‘C’ license coaches take part in third Online Refresher Course!

The third Online Refresher Course for coaches from various states with AFC/AIFF ‘C’ Diploma kicked off on Monday, July 5 and came to a successful close on Friday, July 10. Like the previous two editions, it featured 120 participating coaches in all, taking the total number of coaches to have completed the course to 360.

These coaches were divided into four groups of 30 each. The course was conducted by Savio Medeira, Caetano Pinho, John Kenneth Raj, Pradhyum Reddy, Thomas Joseph and Jeddy Almeida.

It covered a number of important topics, which included coaching styles, shadow play, the importance of Small-Sided-Games (SSG) in modern football, analysing the game and football periodisation.

The fourth course is scheduled to take place from July 12-17, 2021. The registration for the fifth course, which is from July 19-24, 2021, will start from Monday onwards, July 12.
