2017 FIFA Confederations Cup: Sochi welcomes FIFA World Cup winners Germany!

FIFA World Cup winners Germany arrived today, June 15 in the Russian city of Sochi ahead of their third participation in the FIFA Confederations Cup.

Coach Joachim Löw’s experimental young team will take on Australia at Sochi’s Fisht Stadium on June 19 before facing Chile in Kazan on June 22 and Cameroon in Sochi on June 25 in the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup group stage.

Germany’s best FIFA Confederations Cup result to date is the third place achieved in 2005 on home soil.
