AIFF announces Football Agents Regulations 2023!

The AIFF Football Agents Regulations, 2023, came into effect on October 1, 2023. The regulations in compliance with FIFA Football Agents Regulations, 2023, have been implemented to regulate the conduct of football agents in line with the core objectives of regulating the football transfer system.

The Regulations govern representation agreements that have a national dimension, or any conduct connected to national transfers or national transactions, stipulate the eligibility criteria to become a football agent, set out the principles for calculating service fees, and mention the rights and obligations of the football agents and clients.
