AIFF invites nominations for Second Division League 2019/20!

The All India Football Federation today, September 18, 2019, notified all the state associations to send in the nominations of clubs for the Second Division League 2019-20 by October 10, 2019. The interested clubs need to submit the following documents to respective state association who will eventually liaison with AIFF:

1. Last completed top most division local league result of the club
2. Certificate of Incorporation or Registration

As per the decision of the AIFF Executive Committee, sporting merit is a critical aspect in club selection for the Second Division League 2019-20. A club must have finished in the top five or top half of the final league table, whichever is lower, to be nominated for Second Division League 2019-20.

Each State Association can nominate a maximum number of two clubs provided they comply with the criteria mentioned above.

The club Licensing criteria for Second Division League 2019-20 would apply only to those clubs whose nomination is approved by the AIFF League committee.
