The “Home” uniform is a tribute to the national flag. Red is the main colour, while the cuffs, the Korean style collar and the micromesh inserts – which provide high breathability – are black. A significant detail is the sublimated texture on back and front, made with a faded diamond pattern recalling the eagle feathers, emblem of the Albanian national team. The word “Albania” is printed on the back, under the collar, while the motto on the backneck is a link to tradition. On the front, the Macron logo is embroidered on the right side, while on the left, over the heart, the patch of the national team stands out.
The same endearing diamond pattern has been created for the Away and Third jerseys. The first is white with black details; the second is black with red details.
The new kit will make its official debut on March 24, when the team of coach Gianni de Biasi will play against Italy in Palermo, trying to get a chance to qualify for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
