Parra, 24, joins Forge FC from Liga MX side CF Monterrey providing a ton of experience across several Central American Competitions. The relentless defender spent nine seasons with the club (2016-2024) making 38 appearances with the senior team across all competitions and 72 appearances with the U-20 youth set up, and went on to win a Liga MX, a Concacaf Champions Cup and a Copa MX title in his first season with the first team of CF Monterrey in the 2019-2020 season.
During his time with CF Monterrey Parra was loaned out to Mexican side Club Necaxa in the 2022-2023 Liga MX Apertura season and later joined Club Atletico Morelia of the Liga Expansion MX Clausura making 21 appearances and scoring four goals.
