The 21 year old Manipuri is a product of the Mohun Bagan-SAIL Football Academy and he then went on to play for the Academy and senior sides of Royal Wahingdoh FC in Shillong before signing for Indian Super League side NorthEast United FC.
After an ISL campaign with only one appearance, Sushil Meitei was send on loan to Fateh Hyderabad AFC for the Second Division League, where he went on to score five goals.
Now he returns to his home state of Manipur and Sushil Meitei will hope to establish himself as an I-League player at NEROCA FC.
