The India Women’s national team, who are preparing for next months 2022 AFC Women’s Asian Cup, in a friendly beat Gokulam Kerala FC Women 6-2 at their ongoing training camp in Kochi on Thursday, December 30.
For the India Women, who have a number of regulars of Gokulam Kerala FC Women amongst their squad, it was a good test against the Indian Women’s League champions.
The goals for the India Women were scored by Pyari Xaxa (thrice), Anju Tamang, Sandhiya Ranganathan and Karthika Angamuthu; while Elshaddai Acheampong scored both the goals for Gokulam Kerala FC Women.
