After Lallianzuala Chhangte put an early Dynamos chance wide, it was Canadian striker Iain Hume who gave the guests from Kerala a 12th minute lead. Thereafter the hosts from the capital went in search for the equaliser but only got the goal on the stroke of half-time as a Romeo Fernandes free-kick was touched by Pritam Kotal’s head. At the break it was 1-1.
The Delhi Dynamos had chances at the start of the second session to go ahead, but Iain Hume with a double strike in the 78th and 83rd minutes sealed the game and the three points for the Kerala Blasters, who scored their first away win of ISL-4 while the dismal campaign of the Delhi Dynamos continued.
