The festival commenced at 7:45am and was inaugurated by Chief Guest Ravi Singh, Head Human Resource, Tata Motors along with distinguished guests such as Mukul Choudhari (CEO Jamshedpur FC), Ashish Kumar (Head of Sports, Tata Steel), Puneeta B Chouhan (Prinicpal, Hill Top School) and other managing committee members of the Hill Top School.
Jamshedpur FC CEO Mukul Choudhari said, “It’s an amazing experience to see so many kids and their parents to be involved and engaged. This is a great sign for the future of Indian football. Our objective is to start training at an early age with a more scientific approach and this should be achieved with such response. We are not very far away from the time where we will create good football players from this system. We will take this format and programme to all the other schools of Jamshedpur and other cities. So far, the response has been overwhelming from the schools and the parents. We wish they continue to support us.”
