Jamshedpur FC and Chennaiyin FC have faced each other 10 times in the ISL. Out of which the Chennai side have managed to come out victorious on 4 occasions. 3 out of the 10 have ended as a draw.
In the previous season, Chennaiyin FC were the side to hand Jamshedpur FC one of their four defeats but were later defeated with a heavy scoreline in the second half of the season.
While Jamshedpur FC went on to become the League Winners, Chennaiyin FC on the other hand, ended their season in the bottom end of the table, finishing 11th with just five wins out of the 20 games.
Currently, the Marina Machans are seventh on the league table with seven points. The 10th position is where the Men of Steel are placed after dropping points from the last two games.
As both, sides step up for their 11th clash in the ISL, the two young and energetic squads will do everything in their power to earn the winning points and keep their ascend towards the top end of the table.
After a defeat in their previous games, both teams will be even more hungry for a victory and will battle it out to get back to their winning ways.
