The LFC-DSK Academy, as it’s known, is one of India’s Premier Fully Residential Football Academy and also doubles up as the DSK Shivajians Academy side who take part in the U-18 I-League and the U-16 Youth League as well as the Pune Super Division League and the DSK Cup. Boasting of two State-of-the-art all weather football pitches, a Hydrotherapy facility, a Gymnasium, Match Analysis Centers and more, the Academy boasts the best football infrastructure in the country.
The Academy which runs under Coaches from Liverpool FC has, in less than 5 years of existence, seen multiple cadets don Senior and Junior National Team colours such as Lallianzuala Chhangte, Mawihmingthanga, and Rohit Kumar amongst others. The Academy also provides a clear pathway for a career in football, with DSK Shivajians FC, who play the I-League, recruiting heavily from the setup, with as many as 12 Academy Cadets making their I-League debuts this past season.
