Mohammedan Sporting, who were 1-0 up at the half time break, scored through Sovan Sen (12th, 86th), Surajuddin Munshi (54th, 64th, 89th) and Mohammad Giasuddin (73rd) to record their biggest ever U-16 Youth League win.
Following this win, Mohammedan Sporting climb to third on the table with 12 points from seven games behind zonal leaders Mohun Bagan (17 pts) and United SC (16 pts), while today beaten Southern Samity remained fifth with three points from as many matches.
Mohammedan Sporting now face leaders Mohun Bagan in an away game on Friday, November 25 at Mohun Bagan ground on the Kolkata Maidans.
