The final will be played on Sunday, February 25 in presence of chief guest, former India captain and current MP Prasun Banerjee and the Guest of Honour, MP Sajda Ahmed.
Eight teams will be participating in the inaugural knockout competition in honour of the late club president Sultan Ahmed that will be played at the Mohammedan Sporting ground. The winner of the competition will get the inaugural trophy of the Sultan Ahmed Memorial U-14 Youth Football Championship and a cash award of Rs. 50,000 while the runners-up will receive Rs. 35,000.
Participating in the tournament with their Under-14 boys teams are hosts Mohammedan Sporting Club, East Bengal Club, Mohun Bagan AC, United Bengal Football Academy, HDSA, Gangadhar Football Academy, Bhowanipore Club, and the Mohammedan Sporting YDP.
