Mohammedan Sporting rope in Ghana midfielder Mohammed Fatau!

Promoted I-League side Mohammedan Sporting Club have completed the signing of Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Fatau for the 2020/21 season.

Fatau, who primarily plays as a defensive midfielder, has a wealth of experience having played top flight football in Europe.

He played for CF Granada, Rayo Vallecano and UD Almería in the Spanish LaLiga before joining Turkish SüperLig side Gaziantepspor. He has also played for Al Qadsiah in the Saudi Professional League, before joining Kuwaiti champions Al Kuwait Sports Club on loan.

The 27-year-old is known for his physical presence which makes a difference at both ends of the pitch while churning out consistent performances in the middle of the park.

Mohammedan Sporting honorary general secretary wasim Akram said the signings of Fatau would lend solidity to an already strong squad.
