Having signed Parminder, Mohammedan Sporting have registered a total number of 25 players for the 2016 Calcutta Football League’ Premier Division – A, and two more in striker Dipendu Biswas and midfielder Sajeer K. will apply for their registration next week.
Born in Punjab the 19-year-old, who is a product of the JCT youth system, started his top level career at ONGC in Mumbai in 2015. While playing for ONGC, Parminder had scored eight goals in the 2015/16 MDFA Elite Division to emerge as the joint top scorer of the league which his team went on to win.
