18 year old Likmabam Rakesh Meitei, who was born in Manipur, played locally and amongst others for the NEROCA FC youth teams.
Thereafter Likmabam Rakesh played at the Bengaluru FC Academy before now returning to his home state to try and get into the I-League squad of NEROCA FC.
