Parallel Sports VIDEO: IFA offered help to East Bengal & Shree Cement!

As Parallel Sports reports, the IFA (West Bengal) offered help to East Bengal Club and Shree Cement in their ongoing problems.

And IFA secretary Joydeep Mukherjee tells Parallel Sports that Shree Cement turned down the offer as they want to sort it out internally.
